Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. Payment is always due at the time of service. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have insurance, we make our best attempt to estimate your portion, which is due on the day of service. 

If your out of patient expense was overestimated, a prompt refund will be made. If your out of patient expense was underestimated, a statement will be sent directly to you. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment. Any remaining balance, after insurance has paid, is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
